Bottled Worries...

I'm at a point where I don't know where to go... My style is either evolving or changing... I am confused about what an illustrator should do... Which is right and which is wrong, what should an art have to qualify that as art? Should it communicate a message? Should it give the viewers a glimpse of the artist's mind? Or should it be as beautiful as hell and make people go wow... Or should it have it all?
